FORECLOSURE COUNSELING

Follow these steps to get foreclosure counseling:

1. Come by the Visionary Home Builders office to pick up your foreclosure packet, call our office at 209-466-6811 to have one mailed to you, or download from our web site.
2. Fill out all forms included in the packet and make copies of documents as instructed in the packet.
3. Call Visionary Home Builders to schedule your individual appointment with a housing counselor.

Your initial appointment will last approximately one half hour. The first fifteen minutes will be for check-in and document review. The second fifteen minutes will be your time with the counselor. During this first appointment the counselor will assess what options are available to you and come up with an action plan. Further appointments are available as needed.
