Homebuyer Classes

Everything you ever wanted to know about buying a home and more! This 8-hour class will introduce you to the basics of budgeting, shopping for a home, obtaining a mortgage and property maintenance. It will provide an overview of the various types of loans available and their qualifying criteria. You will have the opportunity to hear directly from industry professionals and have all your home buying questions answered.

Loan Packaging

Visionary Home Builders provides loan origination services between mortgage-qualified clients and lenders. Under this service, the agency will take a loan application, give the applicant three lender/product comparisons and copy and assemble a package for processing by the bank. Once the loan approval is secured, Visionary Home Builders will help coordinate down payment assistance, conduct a home search and lend support in the transaction settlement.
