RENTAL HOMES & APPLICATION

Visionary Home Builders'  rental properties offer spacious 2, 3 & 4 bedroom units and affordable rents based on specific eligibility and income requirements. The approximate wait time for a unit to become available could range from 6 months to 2 years, depending on resident vacancy rates.

The following notations indicate the eligibility restrictions for certain projects:

• (S) – These units are available to senior citizens, 55 years and up, whose income is below the area median income.
• (F) – These units are available to farm or agricultural laborers whose income is below the area median income and who meet Rural Development criteria.
• (8) – These units are Section 8 based projects. Those who meet the criteria for these projects do not pay more than 30% of their income for rent.

All other units are available to all households whose income is below the area median income and meet the credit, rental and criminal history criteria. For more information, please click here or contact the Property Manager of the Visionary Home Builders Community that interests you.

Applying for Rental Properties

You must visit each property and complete an application to be put on their waiting list. Office hours vary from project to project. Contact the project your interested in for office hours.

Amenities on the projects include monthly tenant meetings, laundry room or washers and dryers in each unit, Community Center, Computer Lab, Daycare facility, playgrounds, basketball courts, and energy-efficient appliances. Amenities vary from project to project. Contact each project for more information.
