Vintage Plaza

Vintage Plaza is part of a Master Development in the redevelopment area of south Stockton. For the past ten years, the City of Stockton , Visionary Home Builders and the community around Gleason Park have worked together to establish a plan for the area. This area was highly infested by drugs and crime which circled around the neighborhood park. The master development area encompasses a six block area. In this area the new project will consist of the renovation of the park, a new K-8 school, single-family rental homes and a multi-family apartment project and a community center. Vintage Plaza, a visionary new development, consists of 16 single rental family homes and a duplex located on Church St.  These units will serve very low to low income families. The rental homes were designed to continue the tradition and  charm of the old Victorian architecture that once defined the Gleason Park neighborhood.

The Vintage Plaza community, are all units are three bedroom and two bathroom units ranging between 1558 and 1605 square feet.  Financing was provided by the City of Stockton, California Tax Credit Allocation Committee/American Reinvestment Recovery Act, The Federal Home Loan Bank/Bank of Stockton, and US Bank.  The expected move in for this community is in the summer of 2011.
